Soy crisps are chips are basically made from soy ingredients are mixed with various spices, which serves to merenyahkan chips. kinds of material includes:
* Garlic
* Bay leaves
* Eggs
and little MSG.

How to make it, first is to boil the soybeans until soybeans are tender, after the washing and cleaning of soybeans. second, garlic puree, bay leaf and a bit of MSG and then mix the soy and do not forget to add some eggs, mix well. when well mixed, soybeans into plastic containers and then steamed until cooked. after being cooked, let sit several hours until the soy a bit hard, and cut into thin soy and the last fry until its color changed to brown and then lift. and ready to serve.

Soy crisps are usually eaten as a snack when relaxed, and sometimes it can be taken for travel supplies. soy crisps can be found in many public markets to supermarkets, especially in rural Gondang.
