Various Tradisional Sauce

Kangkung sauce



Kangkung sauce is one of the various tradisional sauce. The materials of kangkung sauce is kangkung leaves and some materials to make sauce consist of chili, salt, sugar, shrimp paste and lime.

To make kangkung sauce, first, piece kangkung leaves from it trunk and wash with water up to clean then boil it. second, to wait until wilted spinach, pepper puree, salt, sugar and shrimp paste in cobek. after a smooth, mix with lime juice and water mix well. after the swamp had become wilted and drain until the water is not too much, then mix into the ingredients that have been mashed. when well mixed, then the kangkung sauce can be enjoyed.
